Summary

I have more than 10 years experience in Business Process Reengineering and ERP-implementation in Financial and Cost Management. The primary focus in the last years has been on Business Process Reengineering in Financial Accounting and Cost Management, not only from a statutory accounting perspective but also for internal management and reporting (Strategic Enterprise Management, Performance Management). This has usually included a SAP mysap implementation, which has involved a thorough understanding of SAP’s Business Framework (Integration aspects) based on the ABAP/4 Workbench and FI, CO, EC Modules. As experience has increased there has been a progression in role from team member to team lead even in international assignments.
Recently priorities were set on Strategic Enterprise Management processes (Planning, consolidation and reporting) including SAP-SEM BPS / BCS and BW BEx implementations, which are transformed into client benefits in international assignments. The above mentioned experience is supported by a fundamental understanding of key methodologies for reengineering, implementation and project management (Summit-D, Ascendant SAP and Goal Directed Project Management).

The industry know how built up in the past years was focused on CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and Retail companies as well as industrial (automotive) sector.
